Forms must be filled in completely.
Even if you have sent me entries for the last 8 years for the same dog, please don't omit any required information.
Forms must be legible.
If I can't read it, it is not a valid entry and will be returned. (I will send you a form filled out with your dog's
information if requested.)
Send a copy of your dog's height card.
Every time, no exceptions. It is not kept on file.
Always bring your card to the trial.(Please cut the copy down to card size and don't send a full sheet of paper.)
I am not accepting scanned copies as email attachments.
Check your math!
Entries without sufficient fees paid will be returned.
NO STAPLES, PLEASE!
Everything can be loose in the envelope or paper clipped together. Height card copy may be taped to the entry form.
Make sure my email address is added to your 'OK' list.
If you send an email address to me, I assume that is how you want to receive confirmations, notices and be
contacted.
I answer emails you send to me with 2 days (unless its over 3 day weekend). If you don't hear from me, send
another or call me.

On June 21, 2009, my daughter Sarah will be participating in the New Balance Half Ironman in Victoria, British Columbia. Again, I'm asking for your support. You can find out more about the race on her web page; Sarah's Race Page. Needless to say, I'm very proud of my girl. She continues to inspire me! June 21 UPDATE: Sarah did it! She finished her first Half Ironman and raised $4,720 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Thank you for your support! |
