Forms must be filled in completely. Even if you have sent me entries for the last 8 years for the same dog, please don't omit any required information. Forms must be legible. If I can't read it, it is not a valid entry and will be returned. (I will send you a form filled out with your dog's information if requested.) Check your math! Entries without sufficient fees paid will be returned. NO STAPLES, PLEASE! Especially checks!! Make sure my email address is added to your 'OK' list. If you send an email address to me, I assume that is how you want to receive confirmations, notices and be contacted. I answer emails you send to me within 2 days (unless its over 3 day weekend). If you don't hear from me, send another or call me. |

New Simplified Jump Height Card Process When filling out the entry form, there is a new section at the top of the form for exhibitors to designate whether your dog has a valid jump height card or if your dog needs to be measured. Please check the appropriate box so that the Trial Secretary knows whether to include your dog on the Dogs To Be Measured List. It is no longer required that you submit a copy of your dog’s jump height card with your entry form or show it during day of show check-in. |
